When we say that we “know” someone, what does that mean?

We usually describe that person using labels and identities.

But what happens when changes occur and we can no longer identify with the labels we were previously known by?

When I lost my sight at the age of 20, I lost the majority of the labels I was known by... But that's when I learned to find my identity solely in Christ.
